Service Description
TO BOOK: Please email me (sasha@themovementteacher.com) or get in touch via the form on my contact page. These 30 min sessions are ideal for follow up sessions, particularly for refreshing skills or for beginners. Tailored to your own individual needs a one off, or course of 1:1’s are a really beneficial way to discover the Pilates method and gain great results. My 1:1's take place in my fully equipped studio or via Zoom (please specify preference when booking) and will benefit anyone who needs extra individual attention for rehabilitation of an injury or to further technique. If you are committed to making a difference to your body and want to feel empowered to do more, then 1:1's are a great way to help you on that journey.
