About the event
This is a six week course for anyone who needs support with their running journey. The course kicks off with a webinar on Tuesday May 7th at 7.30PM discussing the mechanics of running, the importance of building a running programme and how body conditioning is a vital complementary activity.
Once you book you will be invited to join a private Facebook Group where you will have access to:
- A weekly live chat to introduce the weekly focus areas:
- A weekly focus area (EG Hips, Core, Knees, Ankles...)
- A weekly running challenge (EG varying terrain, increasing your speed/distance)
- Two videos each week taking you through exercises for the focus area
- Group chat and support/accountability
- Access to my 'Pilates for Runners Guide' which holds all the info from the course plus videos to keep you on track after the course
This programme is for you if:
- If you struggle with a recurring injury that holds you back
- You want to jump back into running but unsure how to start
- You are not seeing any improvement in your running
- You need accountability for a race/event or a general running programme
At the end of the course you will be equipped with more knowledge on why body conditioning is an important aspect of your running journey. You will feel stronger and less frustrated with your running. You will see improvement in your running time and distance. You will enjoy running again!
